Director-Fulfillment

The Director of Fulfillment leads multi-functional project initiatives, directs acquisition integration and conversion initiatives, provides business-unit analytical support to determine the root cause of financial/client process issues and executes appropriate infrastructure improvements.

General Responsibilities:

1. Leads large-scale and complex project initiatives that vary substantially in scope. These initiatives frequently result from process improvements or the resolution of a process issue and will require a detailed understanding of a highly-integrated work flow.

2. Autonomously manages the integration of acquisitions and client conversions.

3. Works effectively within a matrix environment, engaging and directing the coordinated effort of functional groups such as Systems, Operations, Client Service and Finance.

4. Provides business-unit analytical support in determining the root-cause of financial/client issues. Works with all affected departments to resolve the issues.

5. Focuses on the consistent improvement of internal processes to improve quality, enhance service delivery/SLA achievement and reduce costs.

6. Assists in maintaining positive relationships with Clients by resolving any service/delivery and/or billing issues.

REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor?s Degree
? Advanced degree a plus
Minimum of 10 years Financial Services experience.
? Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interface with associates and clients at all levels.
? Ability to display sound judgment in managing challenging time-sensitive situations with internal associates and clients.
? Superior PC skills and the ability to comprehensively understand ADP?s fulfillment technologies.
? Ability to travel.
