Delivery Manager

Ferrellgas is a national leader in the propane industry with over 600 Districts throughout the U.S. We are seeking an enthusiastic, performance driven individual to join our team as a Delivery Manager in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities include developing daily delivery plan; scheduling and dispatching delivery personnel; receiving and responding to calls from customers; and providing a level of customer service that fosters customer retention and growth. This position ensures that the Service Center continually improves service and efficiencies.Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will need demonstrated experience with operations, customer service and the ability to prioritize, assign and direct work assignments. The ideal candidate will have safety awareness, effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and be proficient using computer applications. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
