Delivery Dispatcher

Guides delivery night activities ensuring payroll and related services are picked up and delivered on time. Tasks to include checking traffic drop box, Scan/Sort packages, monitor courier Airclic scanning and pick-ups, monitor shuttle pickups and deliveries, produce Delivery Manifests and distribute, import FedEx/UPS files into DMS, provide courier stop count e-mail to RMS and Quick for billing, audit trip bins for trip accuracy, provide Client pickup service, provide shift change turnover to Supervisor, and provide various reports for Management. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to be self-sufficient, able to make timely/effective decisions and work with little supervison a must. Effective time management skills necessary with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining high productivity. Individual must be detail orientated, possess ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Follow all operating procedures and instructions is essential. PC navigation skills, word/excel experience and a motivation to learn, a plus.
