This position will focus on planning, selecting, and scheduling carriers for domestic freight moves. This position is located at a client site in Greenville, SC.Duties include:
•Utilizing existing contracts and routing guides to expedite shipments
•Securing quotes
•Tracking the lifecycle of the freight
•Obtaining and documenting proof of delivery (POD)
•Coordinating the storage of freight
•Communicating the status of shipments to internal and external businessesRequirements:
•Associates degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
•Strong focus on customer service
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Proven analytical and problem solving skills
