OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS FULL OF OPPORTUNITY!!!The nation’s largest $1.00 price point retailer with more than 3000 stores in 48 states has an opportunity for a Distribution Center Operations Manager. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., operates 9 state-of-the-art Distribution Centers supporting our rapidly growing network of stores. We are looking for a team player with proven retail distribution success to work in a fast-paced Distribution Center.Operations Managers in the Dollar Tree network are responsible for managing the flow of product within the Distribution Center.Successful candidates will have at least 3 YEARS experience in managing managers inMANUAL, BIG BOX RETAIL DISTRIBUTION and will ensure high standards of quality and customer service in delivering merchandise to the stores and display an appropriate competence in the following areas:
Leading a team in a high volume, hardlines environment

Continuous improvement

Full P&L responsibility and budget development

Developing and mentoring for succession

MicroSoft Applications required

Flexible to work any shift

Ability to cross-train in all logistics operations including Shipping, Receiving, Order Selection and Transload

Lead and develop a world-class team
