Customer Service Representative - Returns Department

Miele, widely acknowledged for more than a century as the industry leader of high quality domestic appliances and vacuum cleaners is looking to expand its family.General Purpose of Position:To be the central contact for all customers on questions and concerns having to do with items that are being returned under a Miele Return Authorization (RA).Duties and Responsibilities:1. Handle telephone inquiries regarding RA's from dealers, service companies, and internal/external customers.2. Verify that RA's adhere to Miele's policies and procedures3. Process credits/debits associated with products being returned.4. Issue trucking and labels for return of products.5. Trouble shooting calls regarding credits and inventory.6. Becoming familiar with our product line (vacuums, appliances, and professional).7. Other administrative duties as needed, including:
Data Entry of associated information.
Working closely with freight carriers
Constant follow up with all internal and external customersRequired Skills and Abilities:Initiative; good customer relations skills; ability to make good informed decisions and solve problems; able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Due to high volume of credits, numerical accuracy required.Computer & Software Requirements:Basic Microsoft Office
IBS - AS /400 experience a plusEducation / Experience Required:
2+ years of customer service/call center experience
High School Diploma or equivalentWe are a EOE M/F/D/V
