Customer Service Rep, Sr/International Shipping

Client Services Representative - National Control CenterScope: Proficient in International and Domestic Freight Forwarding, including all modesof transportation and possesses the ability to ask and answer questions to themovement of freight in each mode.Specific Job Duties Would Include:
1. Answering and fielding incoming phone calls with a pleasant and helpfulattitude
2. Taking orders via phone/fax/email, entering in operating system, anddispatching accordingly
3. Working with responsible Aeronet Station in routing shipments via moderequested by Client and dispatching routing instructions to agents selected
4. Tracking and tracing Client orders through all milestones of transit withappropriate notations in operating system
5. Prioritizing Station turnover and providing follow up services for themincluding tracking and tracing, shipment completion, and customer service
6. Quoting shipments to Clients as needed
7. Organizing and filing completed shipment documents
8. All other assigned duties and tasksShifts: 3:00 p.m. - to Midnight
11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.Training for 2 weeks - the training times will be 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Job Requirements
Effective Customer Service skills and Data Entry skills are required.Would like - but not required: Desirable Qualities would include being Bi-Lingual, have aflexible schedule, and be willing to work when needed.
