You will provide a positive customer service experience in the Customer Loading Area and Parking Lot to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishings store.Your Responsibilities:
Check and verify customer orders to ensure the contents of the orders are accurate and paid for.
Assist customer in loading merchandise in their vehicles.
Deliver carts to their storage areas for customer access.
Use available resources to educate yourself on product features, services and customer interaction skills.
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality which embraces the diversity of our Co-workers and customers.
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 100 lbs (50kgs).
Work outside in all types of temperature and weather.
Must be a highly energetic, self starter and effecient in time management and multi tasking. Additional Information Part Time; less than 20 hours. Weekend and Holiday availability.
High Volume, Fast Passed Retail environment.
Partner with Furniture Handout, Home Delivery and Returns.
Report to the Customer Service Coordinators and Assistant Customer Service Managers.
