Call Distribution Representative

The Call Distribution Representative will be responsible for fielding all incoming telephone and customer support email inquiries by routing them to the appropriate Account Development Representative. The CDR will manage the transition of sales opportunities from Outside Sales to Inside Sales through the creation of an opportunity lead in the sales database system. The CDR will work with the Sales Operations team to maintain the sales database in order to adapt to departmental organization restructuring.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming requests via phone and email

Work with sales database
Complete ad hoc projects as necessary for Sales Operations
Maintain territory master list
REQUIREMENTS
College degree preferred
Excellent telephone presence
Experience with customer service
Windows based computer knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Ability to solve problems independently and in a team environment
Flexibility for changing projects
