Position is eligible for flexible work arrangements: NoKey Responsibilities: The Business Director - Multi-Vendor HW/SW Product Support Business is responsible for HW and SW maintenance business pertaining to Stand Alone Multi-Vendors. It is accountable for operationally and financially transforming the business to meet future market requirements. This includes responsibility for P&L, optimizing the revenues and margin from the maintenance base, designing new service offerings, strategic planning, rapidly addressing the cost structure in order to evolve the business and to significantly improve margins, sales support, implementing alternative solutions to delivering services, etc.Travel Requirements: 26 - 50 %Clearance Requirement: None
