Open House Please Join Us On: Thursday, September 14th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 1 Barnes and Noble Way, Monroe, NJ BARNES and NOBLE DISTRIBUTION CENTER Brand New Facility State of the Art Equipment Air Conditioned Warehouse Barnes and Noble, the world's largest bookseller, has immediate opportunities for individuals to join our team at our Monroe Facility. WAREHOUSE OPPORTUNITIES (2nd and 3rd Shifts) Individuals must have experience in HEAVY LIFTING (50 lb. min.) to perform various warehouse duties, including loading and unloading packages, restocking and picking. Forklift or Power Equipment Certification a plus. We offer a competitive salary, and in most positions, an opportunity for additional incentive pay based on individual production. All work weeks include Saturdays with a day off during the week. In addition, we also have 4 day work week (Saturday thru Tuesday) positions available TRAFFIC COORDINATOR This position will be responsible for acting as a liaison with vendors, brokers, freight forwarders and stores by providing shipping information. The ideal candidate must have experience in shipping and receiving, ability to resolve issues and prepare and maintain statistical reporting. The candidate must be organized and have the following skill sets; strong communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and knowledge of AS/400 as well, dispatch experience will be a plus.
