BRANCH MANAGER - FASTENER DISTRIBUTOR

Our client is an ISO 9001:2000 registered business-to-business service provider of vendor managed inventory programs serving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Maintenance and Repair Organizations (MROs) worldwide since the early 1980's. Their vendor managed inventory (VMI) systems help customers reduce total cost of ownership and regain valuable resources so they can focus on their products - rather than the procurement of low cost parts. They continue to strengthen their position with the use of proven technologies, quality products, and value-added services.

There position as an industry leader in vendor managed inventory programs and distributor of Class "C" commodities continues to strengthen as a result of the constant expansion of their product basket. They are positioned to be the single source supplier for all of their customers' product needs including fasteners, pipes, valves, and fittings, electrical, fluid power, mechanical component parts, and MRO supplies.

Since there beginning over thirty years ago, success can be attributed to the partnerships they have developed with their customers and suppliers, and the efforts of their dedicated employees. Today our client has branches located worldwide and employs over 500 people to support annual sales in excess of $250 million dollars. They expect to double in size in the next 5 years. Continued growth has created a need for a Branch Manager for their OH, KY and Southern IN $5MM territory. The goal is to grow that territory to $9MM in three to five years.

Our client's next Branch Manager will have a proven track records of sales growth, operational experience and fastener or class C commodities preferably in a VMI organization.management experience preferably for a VMI distribution. We will consider candidates currently residing anywhere in OH, KY, or Southern IN with preference given to those in the Cincinnati, OH area.

The selected candidate will manage a staff of 6 and will be charged with growing the territory from it's current $5MM revenue base to $9MM or more.

Our compensation package an attractive, competitive salary plus the opportunity to earn up to 20% in bonuses.
