BOM Coordinator, Production and Operations - Beauty Avenues - Co

The Business Process Integration Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the new product costing process for new product launches in the Limitedbrands Beauty and Personal Care business.The Analyst will work closely with the Project Managers to manage the Bill of Materials throughout Commercialization in the development system and work with the cross-functional project team members to ensure a timely completion and approval of the cost information to enable on-time and on-cost launches of new products.The position will be based in Columbus.PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES
Work with Project Manager to successfully initiate new commercialization projects in the system by creating Bill of Materials set-up for all new product launches Communicate new Bill of Material requirements to cross-functional team consisting of Package Development, R&D, Product Development, Fragrance Development and Manufacturing/Operations Coordinate with cross-functional team members to complete Bill of Materials on time for commercialization cost reviews throughout the commercialization process Manage Bill of Materials for successful completion and approvals in development stage and ensure correct upload into production systems Run cost reports for Project Managers to evaluate cost performance versus target costs during development and identify deviations to be addressed by cross-functional team Design, create and execute Bill of Material reporting for senior leadership team of Beauty Avenues and the brands to provide status of BOMs across overall Beauty and Personal Care portfolio Establish and track metrics for BOM performance and turnaround times

Requirements for the position are: Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and project deadlines Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence others Motivated, driven individual with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic product development environment Superior communication skills Strong team player with superior collaboration skills Leadership in creating new tools, executive reports that meet business needs and identify actions Evaluate and drive new product costing process improvements Ability to learn and work with new product development systems and databases Experience with Optiva a plus Excellent Excel modeling skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a must (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word)
