Assistant Logistics Coordinator

Major Handbag Company seeking an assistant logistics coordinator for warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
Ensure PO database is updated and correct at all times, and ensure the timely escalation of problems which relate to incoming purchase orders.
Purchase order tracking.
Expedite orders when required.
Communicate effectively with the shipping and sales department to assure on time delivery and backlog accuracy.
Coordinate sample shipments for Sales Team.
Will process incoming returns and perform light data entry.
Run Daily reports.
The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, a strong communicator, team player with excellent organization skills. Experience with Solomon and MS Office knowledge would be a plus.
