Assembler/Shipper and Receving

Thwing-Albert Instrument Company located in West Berlin is seeking motivated full time employees. Experience preferred but not required. Excellent Benefits.

Responsible to generate, enforce, or recommend policies and procedures necessary to assure that product quality levels are maintained at or exceeding customer expectations and consistent.

Under the direction of the department manager, performs various assembly operations using hand and/or power tools to build complex assemblies to blueprint specifications.
Performs diversified assembly operations, without direct supervision, using small hand/power tools and fixtures
Performs various sub-assembly and final assembly operations on equipment following established assembly methods, prints and written/verbal instructions.
Should understand the next and previous assemblies. (operations )
Light to heavy lifting will be required.
Performs duties in other departments as required.
Assists in training other associates as required.
Performs other duties as assigned
Some PC based windows knowledge
Some PC based windows knowledge
Receive Product
Put Received Product away
Pick and Issue Job Orders
Deliver Job Orders to designated area
Ups software, Fed Ex Online, DHL, all LTL Trucking companies
Pack and Ship Product
Operate Forklift
Occasional Driving
REQUIREMENTS
Assembler,Shipping and Receiving:

Be able to work with hand and power tools
Have some PC windows based knowledge
Have High School Diploma
Must work Five 8 hour work days (40 Hour work week).
