Experienced engineers to develop processes for manufacture of major rotating jet engine hardware, primarily disks and hubs. Knowledge of Pratt & Whitney and/or GE specs preferred.C/I Engineer
5-7 years exp. implementing lean manufacturing, CI, Kaizen, 6-Sigma and training in aerospace environment. Set-up electronic data collection systems and gauge R&R studies in support of process certification & KPC requirements. Broad knowledge of machining. Excellent communication skills.Quality EngineersWrite and maintain procedures, perform internal and external audits. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues and conduct internal training. Working knowledge of SPC, engineering drawings and GD&T. ASQ certified preferred.
Parts Marker
2 yr part marking experience desired. Ability to read and understand detailed operation sheets, specifications and blueprint drawings. Marking Methods; Vibropeen, acid etch, hammer stamp and dot peen marking.Jr./ Sr. DraftspersonExperience with UNIGRAPHICS (preferred) Knowledge or turning, milling, grinding and tool design. Develop machining processes for aerospace parts. Familiar with ASME Y14.5 dimensions and tolerances.Q.A. Inspectors 1st & 2nd shifts
In-process and final inspection. Read and interpreting Aerospace blueprints. Math, visual and layout acuity is needed. Experience with major rotating parts is a plus. Also seeking experienced Customer Release Agent/DQRs.CMM Programmers/Operators 1st & 2nd shifts
Program and operate DEA CMM with PC-DMIS software and/or Zeiss prismo HTG Vast UMESSCNC Machinists Milling and Turning 1 &; 2nd ShiftShipping/Packing/Driver- No CDL required. Local deliveries. Ability to follow detailed packing instsructions.WEB CT1898920
