Due to the growth of our organization, we are currently seeking qualified applicants for three openings: Assembly Planner, Product Configuration Specialist, & Assembly Warehouse Lead.

ASSEMBLY PLANNER
Job duties:
*Accurately complete required paperwork pertaining to job, including marking and packaging instructions.
*Work with systems and processes to create bill of materials.
*Release work orders to Assembly lead person for timely production.
*Ensure availability of components from suppliers to meet delivery requirements.
*Establish and maintain inventories of assembly components and finished seal assemblies.
*Place replenishment orders for stocked items.


PRODUCT CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST
Job duties:
*Develop new part numbers for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Americas.
*Conform part numbers correctly to Busak+Shamban international part number scheme.
*Develop part numbers that can be easily traced and not duplicated or already established globally.
*Set up new item of bill of materials to be identified and sorted to meet the requirements of Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Quality.


ASSEMBLY WAREHOUSE LEAD
Job duties:
*Act to supervise seal assembly and special packaging activities in the Logistic Center Americas warehouse.
*Direct picking activities to ensure quality.
*Schedule daily workload assembly & ensure special packaging area meets customer shipping objectives.
*Maintain and manage special handling instructions to ensure assemblies are packaged according to specification.
*Act as back up to other leads in shipping/receiving and inventory.
*Develop and maintain a system to measure accuracy and productivity of department personnel.
*Complete daily summary reports as required.
*Make final checks to ensure orders have been assembled according to instructions.
*Inventory and cycle counting duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS
ASSEMBLY PLANNER:
Qualifications:
*Computer and Inventory experience required.
*Experience in MRP/DRP.
*Proficiency in JD Edwards and Microsoft Office.
*Must be able to carry and lift 40 lbs.
*Problem solving skills.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST:
Qualifications:
*B.S. or Associates degree or 5 years of technical experience.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Experience with JD Edwards
*Technical data entry and technical background

ASSEMBLY WAREHOUSE LEAD:
Qualifications:
*3-5 years successful experience in a leadership capacity in a warehouse environment.
*Some experience with UPS, mailing equipment, and preparing air bills.
*Must have good math aptitude and legible handwriting.
*Must be able to lift and move 40 lbs.
*Some forklift experience helpful.
*Must be able to work in ERP software (JD Edwards).
