Directs and Oversees a staff of distribution center professionals in all aspects of distributing medical products to include receiving of products, picking, packing and shipping of customer orders, inventory control and facility management. Must ensure work is done accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and correct inventory balances.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Associate is responsible to follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.
2. Direct a staff of professional distribution center associates in the selecting and shipping of orders - distribute orders to be processed to warehouse staff for completion, when necessary help select and ship.
3. Receiving stock - unload and warehouse stock received from Terumo Medical Corporation and Terumo Corporation
4. These duties assigned to staff assist as needed.
5. Manage general maintenance program of warehouse equipment, cleaning battery exchange program for forklifts and checking equipment.
6. Contact carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.
7. Verify accuracy of orders shipped, check bills of lading, return all paperwork to office.
8. Project management related to cost down and productivity improvement.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Requires a High School education/Plus
2. 5 years experience in an automated warehousing environment with strong math skill
3. Must have verifiable leadership experience
4. Expereince with bar coding systems.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1. Billingual in Spanish.
2. Strong background in WMS systems
3. Post High School Educational Experience Helpful
4. Certified as a Fork Lift trainer
5. Must be able to work 2nd shift.Educational Requirements:
