Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must have no DWI, DUI convictions within the past 5 years.

Must have no reckless driving convictions within the last year.

Must have no more than one moving violation within the past year and no more than 3 within the last 3 years.

Must have no more than one driver's license suspension in the past three years.

Must possess a Social Security card.

Must be a U.S. citizen or possess an Alien Registration card.
