General Qualifications
Degree Preference: Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business preferred.

Assignment
This individual will be responsible for operational support of the Voice over IP infrastructure for corporate enterprise network including performance and reliability.

Primary Responsibilities
1) Level Two customer service to IT and Business Units.
2) Must also be able to work occasional weekends and on after-hours projects. Will be a member of the team that responds to service interruptions on a 7X24 basis including on-call rotation.

Required General Skills
1) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
2) Excellent communication skills.
3) Outstanding customer service and phone skills.
4) Willingness to work shifts, rotation is clearly defined.

Required Technical Skills
1) Telecom Designer - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.
Expert operational knowledge of Voice over IP technologies. Expert knowledge of network protocols including Frame Relay, VPN, SONET, ATM, TCP/IP, and Ethernet.
2) Excellent Incident and Problem resolution skills. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.
3) Strong planning, organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.
4) Ability to collaborate with others, display flexibility, and analyze data to attain maximum availability of the corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.
5) Operational experience in remote monitoring and maintenance equipment, network sniffers, protocol analyzers, network management systems, e.g., HP OpenView, CiscoWorks - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.
