eChannel User Interface Planning and Design

Primary responsibilities include:

- Creating the user interface design, workflow and user experience for online cash/treasury management applications

- Working with product managers, business analysts and technical teams throughout the product development process to design application prototypes, assist with project documentation (UI Spec, Business Requirements documents) and ensure that client needs and goals are properly addressed in the design.

- Integrating usability and interaction design knowledge with a detailed understanding of key business drivers to propose design solutions that will increase client satisfaction, improve our competitiveness and help drive organic growth within our portfolio.

- Ensuring brand compliance of all developed applications.

- Ensuring consistency within and among developed applications

- Assist with usability testing of prototypes and ensure that feedback is captured and changes are implemented
REQUIREMENTS


Required Skills:

All candidates must be able to:

- Effectively implement the principles of interaction design, user centered design and usability in web applications - preferably financial services applications.

- Leverage design/usability expertise to counsel and lead project teams to create highly usable applications that meet client needs.

- Develop rapid prototypes using accepted tools (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Code HTML, Javascript and CSS

- Perform usability tests, focus groups and other user research methods.

- Manage multiple projects within specific timelines.

- Work in a matrixed organization

- Excellent interpersonal skills



Desired Skills:

- Master's degree in HCI or equivalent

- Experience in treasury management industry in addition to a solid understanding of the financial services industry

- Experience using iRise rapid prototyping software
