Workforce Management Web Programmer (00384)

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzes data, develops reports and applications, maintains the reporting web server/MS SQL database and presents this information, along with recommendations, to management in order to determine specific actions required to increase employee/department performance, and meets client needs and deadlines.
Identifies, analyzes and reports on all impacts affecting day-to-day business decisions for simultaneous outbound dialing programs.
Reports these findings to the Client Relations Manager to be utilized for forecasting and planning.
Builds and maintains web based reports and applications in ASP using an IIS server and MS SQL database.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:

Excellent knowledge of reporting and database software (Access, etc) and Excel.
Knowledge of a Web programming language (ASP, PHP etc) and HTML.
Strong analytical skills and technical ability.
Excellent ability to interpret and present data.
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
Good understanding of essential duties of Customer Care front-line employees.
Demonstrated discretion in interaction with a wide range of internal and external contacts and in handling highly sensitive and confidential information - acts with tact and diplomacy.
