Are you an experienced product management professional that loves developing new online software products delivered over the web? Do you have proven experience leading a team utilizing a formal product development process for new products? Do you have experience developing marketing strategies for new and existing online software products? If so, our client wants you!!!

This experienced, talented individual will be responsible for the product management, development and marketing of one or more web-based, online applications delivered via the website of our Fortune 100 client. The online applications/tools enable customers to place new service orders, check status of existing orders, manage their account, open a new account, etc. With more than 200,000 unique visitors accessing the applications and tools each business day, you will be responsible for driving new ways to continually improve the functionality and “customer experience”. For larger, higher volume customers that require special or unique features you will serve a key role in determining and understanding the target audience and/or user and their desired functionality.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop product and marketing strategies, electronic channels and programs designed to grow and enhance a customer’s ability to conduct business domestically and internationally via the offline platforms as well as the company’s website. Specifically:
Manage and align global product and market requirements and work with cross-functional teams on defining and executing the global product strategy.
Create and execute detailed product plans for upgrading existing features, adding new services and features, identifying and developing integration needs, and/or establishing new products and applications.
Develop and implement metrics to measure success.

Responsibilities require the ability to initiate, drive and manage strategic plans and programs from concept through implementation and interact with multiple organizational levels within company and any alliance partner or vendor.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Experience:
-5-7 years marketing/product management experience
-3 years product management experience with web-based software products.
-International marketing experience
-Experience utilizing a formal product development process
-Ability to create and present ideas, information, plans via MS Powerpoint
-Demonstrated analytical skills
-Team oriented work style

Education Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
