We are looking for an Web Training Support Specialist to join our Integrated Radio Systems team in New Orleans, LA.



Responsibilities include:



Conduct online training classes
Develop class materials and documentation
Provide customer assistance for inbound customer support calls.
Update website


REQUIREMENTS

Strong verbal and written communications skills a must.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 3 years of training experience or technical/software support experience.
