CARFAX, a leading provider of vehicle history information, is seeking a Project Manager join our Virginia Technologies Team at our corporate offices in Fairfax, Virginia. In this position you will work closely with many groups throughout the company to plan and implement projects that serve our customers.

Job Functions
•Managing the implementation of web development and database projects. Involves working with multiple groups through the stages of requirements definition, technical assessment, writing specs, management of development schedules, documentation and release.
•Managing relationships with key CARFAX ASPs. Performing needed maintenance and administration for ASP products, including initial product setup, management of version upgrades, assisting staff with setup issues, and general troubleshooting.
•Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date written documentation on our products.
•Communicating project status and other important product information within the company.
•Tracking and researching issues when bugs or other system problems occur.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in Business, Technical or related field.
•At least 2-3 years previous project management experience. Experience in Internet/e-commerce field a plus.
•Must be able to form collaborative working relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
•Experience with database principles and schemas desirable.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook or other email software. Visio and MS-Project skills a strong plus.
•Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
