Web Programmer/Analyst I or II, Interactive Technologies
Sugar Land, TXThe Web Programmer Analyst will effectively program and develop ICON’s web-based “ICOPhone” projects for drug research studies while meeting all timeframes and targets, adhering to ICON’s SOPs and ensuring that costs are within budget. Additionally, this position is responsible for writing study installation procedures and documenting and reviewing Technical Design and Functional Design specifications and project code. The Programmer Analyst will act as a liaison with the IVRS Project Manager to successfully develop, customize and provide maintenance to systems as required.BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Preferred technical experience includes: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, CSS, Java Script, SQL and T-SQL. Technical Writing skills are required. Must be able to coordinate all aspects of software development and manage multiple projects and timelines in an efficient manner. Current driver’s license is required. Foreign language skills are desirable.
