SUMMARY
Provides creative and technology leadership in the areas of website platform management, content management and web photography/product images for HiloHattie.com. Works closely with Hilohattie.com Manager to achieve sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following, other duties may be assigned.

COMPANY PRINCIPLES
As an employee of Pomare, Limited, promotes the Vision and Mission of the company. Performs the position duties and responsibilities in accordance with the company’s Statement of Values.

1)Administer MarketLive platform with full knowledge of administration tool. Capable of modifying “out of the box” functionality with ability to develop modules from the Market Live published API tool set.
2)Responsible for driving the style and layout of the Market Live platform.
3)Technical Requirements: Photoshop, HTML, XML, Java.
4)Administer and operate the e-mail campaign management tool. Optimize page views and conversion rate of each campaign. Ensure email database is in compliance with CAN/SPAM rules.
5)Write complicated queries on the customer database for email campaign management.
6)Develop the creative elements for the website, email campaigns, and affiliate programs.
7)Implements and maintains cross selling functions (i.e.: “best sellers”, “new arrivals”, etc.) on website.
8)Creates and implements images and swatches for website, including photographing products in-house, editing images, and posting images on the site.
9)Works with Merchandise Manager and Hilohattie.com Manager in coordinating and implementing special projects, including promos and events, photo shoots, and new system implementations.
10)Performs similar and related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
·Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent
·2 year experience in Internet/E-Commerce or related field
·Retail experience preferred
·Proficient Computer skills to include Email (any), Excel, Word, and Photoshop
·Knowledge of Dreamweaver, and/or HTML editing, XML, Java

LANGUAGE SKILLS
·High level of verbal and written communication skills
·Ability to read and understand various documents and instructions
·Add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate discounts, gross margin, etc.

OTHER SKILLS
·Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
·Ability to convey “Aloha” spirit in interactions with customers, employees and vendors
