Summary:

The Manager, Web Marketing, under the leadership of the Director eMarketing, will participate in the processes to identify, evaluate, develop, coordinate, integrate, execute and support Website Marketing applications and strategies for GS Marketing. The Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, supporting and managing the Dealer eCertification processes and products, as well as other ongoing integrated marketing, planning and operations initiatives. The Manager will initiate, develop, coordinate and manage outside suppliers, vendors, business partners, and customers to identify opportunities for beneficial collaboration. The Manager will focus on the goal of satisfying customers and selling vehicles and parts.

Primary focus on the consumer, internal, business partner and dealer areas of the Dealer eCertification Program and other Web Marketing opportunities and integration efforts to include (but not limited to):
•Dealer eCertification Program strategy, design, content, operation and management
•Scion Website strategy, design, content, operation and management
•Spanish Website strategy, design, content, operation and management
•Buyatoyota.com strategy, support, and coordination
•Interactive Marketing Programs strategy, support, coordination, and management
•Integration e-opportunities within traditional marketing programs
•GS Marketing web strategies and opportunities


Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises one eMarketing Specialist. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; plus five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIPS EXPERIENCE.
