Web-Id Ad PROJECT MANAGER Responsible for working on a variety of large commercial and residential land development projects as well as public sector projects. Candidates should have a proven history of leading projects and client development. A minimum of 5 years experience in land development, familiar with local markets, agencies and CEQA is desired. A California PE/EIT is a plus. CIVIL ENGINEER DESIGNER Minimum of 3 years experience in residential, commercial and public improvements construction plan preparation. Under minimal supervision of a Project Manager, the candidate will design roadways, storm drainage, water/sewer utilities, erosion control, storm water systems and site layout design/grading. EIT preferred, PE a plus. SENIOR PLANNER This position requires experience and knowledge of the land entitlement process in CA including preparation of applications, responses to agency staff reports and conditions of approval, and regulatory permit processes, including preparation and execution of feasibility analysis, entitlement applications for subdivisions, development plans, annexation, etc. A strong understanding of general plans, specific plans and zoning ordinances is necessary. Membership in AICP, degrees in Urban and Regional Planning are preferred. Other desired credentials include strong presentation and written skills, excellent computer skills and knowledge of CEQA, NEPA and related Federal and State agencies. SENIOR DRAFTSMAN Experience in residential, commercial and public improvement construction plan preparation. Design experience in roadways, storm drainage, water/sewer utilities, erosion control, storm water systems, site layout design/grading required. EIT preferred. PROJECT COORDINATOR A minimum of 2 years experience in Building and Use Permit Application Preparation and processing. Good communication and problem solving skills a must. Knowledge of city and county procedures with an emphasis on subdivision map and entitlement processing. Background in title research and customer service desirable. Computer skills desired include MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Autocad skills are not required. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK Responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to filing, photocopying, data entry, running errands and special projects as needed.
