Web Development Project ManagerThis posting is for a Project Manager for web development projects who is experienced in full lifecycle development of Microsoft .NET applications. Persons applying should have PROVEN project manager experience in all areas below. Overview Located in the Dallas, Texas area (Addison), Ariamedia is a technology solution provider and developer of Internet content management products, e-commerce products and professional services including creative services, web development and programming, and technology consulting services. Position: The Project Manager will be responsible for all project management responsibilities for Ariamedia’s professional services projects. From contract signoff to final client acceptance, the Project Manager will lead and drive the project through a successful completion. Specific Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of project management for professional services projects including the management of teams consisting of .NET application developers, creative artists, business analysts and account managers.Estimate project durations and budgets, build project plans, and determine resource allocation.Act as senior-level interface for clients during active projectsMitigate risks and issues on projectsWork with team members and clients to meet committed deadlines and budgets
REQUIREMENTS
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in fields related to Project ManagementAt least 2 years of experience in a leading Project Manager role for 200-500 hour web development projects. Examples of work will be required during the interview process.Ability to lead and motivate team to make aggressive goals and milestones.Must be able to manage workload independently and accurately.Ability to interface with highly technical senior client representativesPMP or similar project management certificationPersons applying must be self-motivated and independent with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong teamwork skills.
