Web Developer/Designer-ITS

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $85000 per year Must be an independent, self-motivated, creative professional with a passion for interactive design and an understanding of the online networking space.Key Functions:
Develop online advertising, web pages and web based promotions for Company and its subsidiaries.
Lead the overall brand design strategy and implementation for Company and its subsidiaries.
Responsible for conceptualization and design of user interface standards, aesthetics and visual attitude & tone of Company related websites.
Oversee and manage other internal designers, design agencies and freelancers, as appropriate.Essential functions:
Design and develop various online and offline marketing promotions for Company and its subsidiaries (including but not limited to: web pages, widgets, online ads, templates, printed materials).
Constant quality control of the various brands and their appropriate design and imagery.
Establish and execute web design processes and production.
Internal production experience and the ability to facilitate and manage external production vendors to deliver on-time and on-budget.
