Web Developer

We are looking to hire a Front End Web Developer who excels at creating client-side interactions using (X)HTML, CSS, XML, RSS, Javascript, Flash development & action script, The candidate will join a team of developers responsible for all front-end web development and presentation layer development on a large-scale corporate web site. - 3+ years demonstrated development experience in XHTML, CSS, and Javascript environments.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include HTML, XML, JavaScript, PHP/mySql JSP and CSS coding. - Understanding of XSLT (specifically in context of XML to XHTML/Javascript/CSS). - Developer will be part of a team responsible for creating new site elements and features along with ongoing site maintenance. - Knowledge of browser compatibility issues when using CSS. - Intimate knowledge of current web standards. - Ability to cut up graphics and work with complex CSS to design and implement content/structure layouts. - Maintain consistent code base and look/feel of the web sites. - Ability to take direction, follow guidelines closely, and work well within a team environment. Experience writing and maintaining support documentation - Must be eager to learn new technologies. - Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task across a number of projects and initiatives. - A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with with both designers and software developers
