Casino Executive Search, LLC, has been retained by a valued client to identify candidates to fill the position of:Software Analyst - Senior Programmer.

This position requires solid experience in designing, coding and testing integrated business applications and reports utilizing the power of the .NET Framework. As a Programmer/Analyst, you will participate in the design and development of the data-mining and reports-building solutions for Gaming industry. This includes all phases of the software development process, user requirements, functional specifications, database and application design, coding, testing, installation and maintenance. Also includes performing analysis and defining the functionality for system improvements and new applications. You will lead various phases of the development and maintenance of approved projects. Assignments will vary depending on current development workload.

This position reports to a Sr. Programmer/Analyst or Software Development Manager.

On the daily basis you will:

Participate in the analysis and design of software systems and solutions
Develop state of the art windows or web based applications
Independently as well as collaboratively resolve issues
Keep the Software Development Manager informed and involved as appropriate to ensure success of the project
Provide guidance and training for new developers

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years experience programming of multi tier applications with VB.NET, VB6 and VBA
1+ year experience developing Web Services
3+ years of intensive hands-on experience developing and deploying MS SQL solutions.
Must be skilled in stored procedures and triggers
3+ years experience developing interfaces between multiple disparate systems including COM/DCOM
3+ years of intensive hands-on experience developing and implementing reports using Crystal Reports
3+ years developing and deploying Web based solutions in an e-commerce environment
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and be adept at multitasking
Ability to participate in a 24x7 on call schedule when needed
A BS in Computer Science is preferred
Gaming Industry experience is a plus
