My name is Michael Roberts, and I am a professional recruiter with Corporate Staffing Services an east coast recruiting firm that has been tasked to identify a Water/Wastewater Process Project Manager to lead a local team in their efforts. The position is located in the vicinity of Rockville, MD and offers tremendous opportunity for advancement within this national engineering consulting firm.
Requirements:
You are a Maryland licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 8 or more years of experience in the design, construction, and implementation of Water/Wastewater facilities within the greater Baltimore/Washington DC region.
You have taken water/wastewater projects from concept to completion, and are well admired by your peers.
You are a natural leader who has lead design teams with contributors from a variety of disciplines to get the job done.
You a consummate professional who delivers the project on time and under budget.
You are a born problem solver who can analyze a challenge, come up with viable solutions, and implement them.
You are a strong listener for client concerns, and for opportunities that your firm may not be pursuing.
You bring in business for the company, and expect to be rewarded for your efforts.
You are a hands on manager who can step in at any level and complete the task.
