Telecommunications Specialist

Classification: Consulting Compensation: Pay up to $25.00 per hour Robert Half Technology the leader in the industry has an immediate opening for a Telecommunications Technician III. This position works with an Engineering and Provisioning team responsible for the design and deployment of new enhanced services platforms, systems and services, as well as, adds, moves, changes and ongoing support for users of enhanced platforms, systems and services. Primary responsibilities include: Circuit Design, Order Entry, Provisioning and Project Coordination of internal, measured carrier, and customer circuits, DIDs, toll free numbers, and associated translations, coordination of internal and external technicians executing orders, vendor and order management/escalations necessary to meet timelines for installation, test, turn up and repair. Other job responsibilities include SMS/800 provisioning, documentation updates via MS Access, Excel and Visio, handling of trouble tickets, and On-Call support duties every fourth week.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
