Experience Level: ExperiencedKey Responsibilities: Plan, conduct and direct complex product information assignments such as writing and approving product information design specifications, revising, reviewing and approving product information, developing and presenting product training material and preparing release documentation. Possess and apply an advanced knowledge of design methodologies for product information and/or product training materials, authoring and/origination systems, conventional and electronic publishing systems, usability testing and quality control, as well as on-line product information. Review marketing and support strategies. Represent the organization in outside discussions and forums.Day to Day Work
You will be involved in the creation and maintenance of Unisys Airline Core Systems Solution (AirCore) documentation. AirCore is a customer-centric sales and service system with a comprehensive, open architecture. This critical work involves producing paper documentation, on-line help and CBT lessons. It requires interfacing with the Requirements and Solutions Management departments to obtain the necessary domain knowledge.Travel Requirements: None

The successful candidate will be extremely competent in the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of RoboHelp and DemoShield is highly desirable.
