Technical Program Developer/Trainer
RISO Inc., the world leader in Digital Print Technology, is seeking candidates for our newly created Technical Program Developer/Trainer position. Located in Danvers, RISO provides high-speed black & white and color printing solutions for businesses throughout the world. Our company is the market technology leader, experiencing rapid growth in the digitally connected print market.
In this position, you will be responsible for continued development of training programs, facilities and technical related course work; delivery of training programs in a classroom setting, conducting on going needs assessment of RISO technical training programs, course and staff schedules. You will be responsible for creating and/or revising detailed product course curriculum for presentation in a variety of formats. This position works with management in order to provide reports and information associated with proposed budget activities.

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Excellent organizational, written, presentation and platform skills.
2. Excellent computer and application skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, and PageMaker and basic network and programming skills. 3. Must have a knowledge and experience with relational database. Proficient on both MAC and PC.
4. Excellent background and experience in traditional technical and media instructor lead training, curriculum development and design, classroom implementation with staff and course management.
5. College degree. However, related technical education and/or experience of 5 years in related field may be considered in place of degree.
6. Willing and able to travel as required to complete delegated assignments. Some weekend travel or assignments may apply.
