TECHNICAL WRITER

Technical Writer needed for the Monett, MO location. Incumbents will create new documentation in support of company and customer goals. Creates and maintains documents required in support of annual release upgrades and documents required of changes and PTFs. Responsible for documenting corrections needed for master documentation.

40% - Responsible for the delivery of documentation. The writer uses standard departmental processes for project delivery. Interfaces with programmers and Quality Assurance Analysts to create new documentation in support of company and customer goals.
30% - Responsible for operational testing of core and/or complementary documentation. Interfaces with other Technical Writers for proofreading and editing during master documentation operational testing.
20% - Design and develop additional products in support of core and/or complementary documentation. These products might include: "How to" help, product support manuals, product training manuals, and enhancement guides.
10% - Interfaces with customer base to resolve all issues relating to documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have an excellent technical and English background. A strong knowledge of banking processes and procedures is desired. Interest in programming and networks is a plus. XML/HTML and digitial experience preferred.
