The Systems Analyst/Lead Programmer Oracle Apps 11i is responsible for the analysis, design, programming, implementation, and maintenance of systems projects.

Plan, prepare, implement, and monitor application development priorities to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Coordinate with other departments so that services are consistent and complement each other. Ensure the consistent implementation of IS standards and methods. Review and monitor the performance of the staff within the group to maximize their effectiveness and meet their development needs. Manage the change control processes to ensure integrity of the production environment. Project management of software projects including, cost/benefit analyst of proposals, estimation of budgets, time lines, and resources required for successful and timely completion of projects. Meet with all levels of users to scope work, develop functional and technical specifications, and search for ways to automate manual processes. Provide leadership for assigned projects. May have supervisory responsibilities. Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a field of study with work practicum in the IT area.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the area of software development.
Understand programming constructs.
Posses and apply project management theories and techniques.
Ability to communicate with the user community to translate business requirements into. Must exercise considerable initiative, planning, judgment and ability to work independently. Functional expertise in at least three of the following:
BOM, ENG, INV, WIP, MRP, SHP, PO, COSTDesired Technical Skills:
PL/SQL, Oracle Applications 11i, Oracle Forms/Reports, Java, JDeveloper, XML
Exposure to interfaces, workflows
Experience with at least one full Lifecycle implementation or upgrade
