Store Manager (Fashion)

We are looking for fashion-forward individuals who have strong sales focus, ability to build a cohesive team, and who know how to motivate their team and work to make sales happen!
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have at least three (3) years of strong management experience in high-end, RTW apparel retail, and a proven track record in controlling payroll costs and LP. In addition to being enthusiastic and hands-on, they should also have good communication skills and a positive attitude. These are key to inspiring your team to achieve results!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage day to day store operations to increase same-store sales through effective hiring, training, selling, service, and clientelling
Ensure proper sales floor coverage
Actively participate on the sales floor to sell and help to ensure that all sales are being closed
Ensure that service expectations are communicated, reinforced, and being met
Process physical and electronic inventory receipts and transfers
Ensure that the store meets corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines
Meet or exceed sales expectations
