Sr. Web Developer

Field Office Location: TYSONSUSA TODAY.com is seeking a Sr. Web Developer to lead web development efforts requiring the need for custom development and/or integration with 3rd party tools. This position is a necessary component in supporting IT Development's role in the organization and serves as the technical development group leader responsible for developing and /or integrating web based products, systems, and/or technologies. The essential responsibilities of the position include: program web-based technologies; lead application analysis and design; lead efforts of team members and peers in developing technologies necessary to meet reqirments i.e. status reporting, tasking, and quality assurance; interact, support and drive full lifecycle development processes and assist in training other staff members and self-drive training initiatives that will enhance own capabilities. Candidates applying for this position must have the following: college degree; minimum of four years experience in development, and one year of web development experience. Minimum technical skills are Microsoft.NET - ASPX and C#; ASP/VBScript/JavaScript/Visual Basic; HTML; SML/XSL; and SQL. An ability to understand business and operational objectives and translate into actionable items as part of the development team - both through written and oral communication - is a must.
