Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 10-17 years of related experience

Design, develop, deploy, and test Web based interfaces to access project tracking/scheduling software and database operations
Work over a mixed Windows NT and Sun Solaris environment (NT terminal emulation available) Will be on NSA net
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project 2000/2003, Projects Central and an NSA/CSS Enterprise Solutions baseline authorized DB server. MG will work with contractor to bring in additional commercial software if necessary
Ability to access data from a database utilizing rudimentary database procedures (MS/SQL).
Attach tasking documents to projects
Electronic signature capability for some tasking documents
Archive capability of projects with query capability to answer specific questions or find metrics status.
Custom report generation using information from Projects and/or attached documents
Ability to convert of FrameMaker, HTML, MS Word, PDF or ascii documents to an electronic format compatible with this system. (Scope: Less than 20 forms ranging from 1 to 5 pages each)
Provide training to all levels of users
Provide documentation for users and IT personnel required to maintain servers/software.
May possibly use Microsoft SharePoint portal software in the future. Knowledge of MS SharePoint would then be required
Design, develop, and implement data interfaces with disparate data sources ant COTS applications into a portal environmentDesired:
Configuration of Apache Server
PHP scripting
Rudimentary knowledge of database procedures
