This position is responsible for working with the Product Manager to design and develop the product for inception to end of life cycle with an emphasis on data modeling, application interactions, and database connectivity.



Product: includes product development, quality, design, features, enhancements, attributes, and packing/bundling.



Product design and development with an emphasis on data modeling, application interactions, and database connectivity issues.



Design specifications and documentation of product development process.



Assist in the development of the strategic product plan.




Job Requirements:

5 or more years of successful product development experience including web-server applications, and shell-scripting.



Demonstrated ability to balance scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality to meet shareholder expectations.



Proven experience with issue management, risk mitigation, and change control.

 

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.



Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows NT, Linux, or Unix.



Familiarity with database management systems such as Sybase, ORACLE, or DB2.



Familiarity with development tools such as Java, J2E, PHP or PERL.



Experience with large healthcare administrative or clinical databases.



Degree in business, information management or technology.
