Job Description:
Manages interior Design projects of all sizes and levels of complexity and provides project team leadership+Provides design leadership, recognizing and encouraging innovation in others.
+Is responsible for project budget management and cost control.
+Is responsible for client contact and for communicating goals and responsibilities to project team.
+Takes initiative on complex strategic issues such as design direction, client management, or fee negotiations.
+Encourages others through project processes to achieve client satisfaction.
+Provides quality management of design and/or technical issues such as specifications or detailing.
+Provides mentoring of less experience interior designers relative to projects and career development.
+Is responsible for managing the client through the project process.
+Is proficient in visual, written, and oral skills; exhibits an expertise in one or more of these areas.
+Organizes business development activities through structured contacts with existing or potential clients.
+Understands when to involve senior leadership or corporate resources.
+Manages programming and master planning activitiesJob Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Interior Design
