Collaborates with IS trainers, Subject Matters Experts, and analysts to find additional ways of training current material (web or CBT). REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in Instructional Technology field preferred. College degree in an education field required. 5 to 7 years experience in a project oriented environment that develops technical training. Experience developing coursework that consists of the following: Instructional Design, Learning Theory, Instructional Strategies, Evaluation Methodology, and Design of Interactive Courseware Products (Web or CBT). Instructional design methodologies, E-Learning Strategies, LMS management, computer-based training development skills.
