Sr. Electrical Engineer

Lead electrical engineering efforts for new product development teams. Design motors and electronics for superior professional power tool performance.
Drive VA/VI electrical activities.
Resolve manufacturing and quality issues efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with worldwide company resources to drive product quality and innovation.
Manage component suppliers to insure specifications, cost targets, and timelines are met.
Lead testing efforts and failure analysis to evaluate design alternatives and Develop corrective action plans when required.Job Requirements
BS in Electrical Engineering.
3+ Years product development experience in a related field.
Extensive experience with UNIVERSAL and INDUCTION motor design REQUIRED.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to balance multiple programs simultaneously.
Good organization and time management skills.
