- Position is responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing enterprise data architecture standards, guidelines and requirements. Position will direct the management of enterprise master data and enterprise application and business data flows and processes. Position scope includes, but is not limited to: * Enterprise Data Standards, Guidelines and Processes * Enterprise Data Warehouse design and management * Develop enterprise business rules for data architecture * Work with other IT and business teams for data modeling * Work with business and IT teams on data quality * Work with technical teams on database performance issues * Coordinate multiple teams to develop enterprise IT standards * Analyze functional requirements and architect state-of-the-art, well-integrated and cost effective solutions
- Degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years experience in designing, implementing and supporting applications and databases as well as performance tuning of applications and databases. Position also requires high level of knowledge is data design, data workflow, content management, data quality, data integration, data standards and design of solutions with complex business rules. Position will require base level of knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Unix, MVS and OS/400. Position will require knowledge in data modeling tools and architecture tools. Position will require excellent communications and collaboration skills in order to work with many different and sometimes divergent teams and organizations. Position will require high level skill in organization, planning and project management. Position will require skills in knowledge transfer to other teams as well as skills in business analysis.

Other Requirements: - The following are highly desired: Advanced to expert knowledge/use of CASE tool Erwin or similar product, strong architecture design skills, strong data structure skills, strong data modeling skills, strong general business skills/understanding of overall impact of department-level decisions on the business.
