Sr Business Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year Robert Half is recruiting a Business Systems Analyst for an industry leading, technology driven Lake Mary client for a full time position in Lake Mary, FL. This person's primary focus will be on gathering and documenting Requirements, documenting existing business processes, putting together training material, working with QA team on test scripts, and driving out issues. This is a hands-on position that requires a lot of contact with business stakeholders at all levels. This position requires having excellent verbal and written communication skills and some proficiency with Use Case driven requirements gathering. Primary Objectives: Work closely with business users to gather and document business, user, and system requirements.• Conduct Business/User requirements sessions and interviews including JAD facilitation. • RMU experience is extremely helpful • Translate the business and user requirements into detailed functional requirements documentation.
