Sr. Application Support

Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour This position is responsible for helping maintain the day-to-day operations of the Tier I and II Help desk calls.
Support handles all first and second-tier ad hoc client support (by phone and by email). Support representatives are asked to play multiple roles and balance competing priorities to achieve client and corporate objectives.
