Experienced candidate to support Business Intelligence projects within Individual Client Services. Successful candidate will interface with both business and technology stakeholders in order to build, grow and sustain a world-class Siebel Analytics platform. Represented business areas include National Contact Center, Compliance and Operations.

REQUIREMENTS


Job Responsibilities:Help drive business intelligence consistencies across projects and IT partners within Individual Client Services Lead scope definition and business requirements phases across project initiatives Develop and manage deliverables for functional design phase for each project initiative Manage timeline and scope for business analytics initiatives Provide support in all phases of the project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation

Technical Skills/ ExperienceSiebel 7.x / Skilled Siebel Analytics 7.x / Skilled Actuate - Skilled Informatica / Skilled MS Office / Skilled

Job Requirements4+ years working on complex Business Intelligence and CRM technology projects and programs 4+ years experience with application development and development lifecycle/methodologies Experience with executive level presentations; strong oral and written communication skills 4+ years experience in financial services industry; institutional or retail
